Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Package Responsible Engineer – Compressor

Job responsibilities:

•    Obtain a general knowledge of the contract Equinor V&M, and a detailed knowledge of the technical requirements and specifications for the compressors.
•    Act as package responsible engineer for gas compressors.
•    Testing and mechanical completion activities.
•    Communication with suppliers and clients.
•    Supplier coordination and follow-up.
•    Coordination of internal disciplines.
•    Planning, execution and co-ordination of technical Follow Up Activities
•    Execution and co-ordination of Supplier Documents and Drawings (SDD) approval.
•    Interaction with procurement and client
•    Execution and co-ordination of technical Change Control
•    Testing and mechanical completion activities.
•    Call for, arrange and chair technical Package Meetings.
•    Establish Technical queries, Change Requests, Deviations and Non-Conformance Request.
 

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Do you have Master, Bachelors, or technical education?
•    Substantial experience within the field turbo machinery, gas compressors and drivers in specific.
•    Must have long relevant experience (15+ years) from the oil and gas industry, and must have been responsible for turbo machinery in FEED and/or execution phase in offshore oil & gas projects recently.
•    Available for work in Norway
•    Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
