Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Machinery Engineer

Job responsibilities:

•    Senior Machinery Engineer to provide specialist expertise within machinery to support offshore operations and maintenance planning and execution of machinery for company Operated assets
•    Technical discipline engineer responsible for Machinery (Rotating Equipment) for Operated assets
•    Acts as a technical discipline engineer responsible for Machinery (Rotating Equipment) for Operated assets 
•    Ensure proper execution and implementation of Asset Integrity Management System to ensure safe operations
•    Provide day to day technical support for offshore
•    Perform equipment surveillance, troubleshooting and RCFAs
•    Generate and drive changes to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices
•    Manage risk and deviations within area of responsibility
•    Maintain good communication with relevant internal and external interfaces
•    Provide technical support for project start-up as required

 
Your experience and qualifications:

•    Master degree i Engineering
•    10 years of relevant experience
•    Languages: Norwegian and English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
