Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Engineer Pipe Stress 24208.

Job responsibilities:
• Perform Pipe Stress Analysis work in Pre-Engineering and Detail Engineering
• Prepare and check stress ISO and basic stress reports
• Give input to plan and to estimate own scope of work
• Perform discipline check of calculations and relevant documents.

Your qualifications:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in relevant subject
• 5 -10 years of fresh experience in Piping Stress Analysis within Brownfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry in Norway
• Excellent skills in Ceasar 2
• Knowledge of E3D
• Hand calculations experience
• Knowledge about Structural calculations
• Detailed knowledge of ASME B31.3, PED and EN-13480
• Knowledge of Ptil requirements and Norsok standards
• Stress ISO knowledge.

Preferable but not required
• Nozzle Calculations

• Have good communication skills in English and Norwegian(preferable) both orally and in writing
• Have a cooperative working attitude
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Have the ability to see multiple design – cases (solution oriented).

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit.
