Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a PROJECT LEADER MODIFICATION

Job responsibilities:

Work as a Project Leader within modification projects on facilities (subsea or topside) in operation. You will be responsible for leading project teams and suppliers towards delivering on targets. As a Project Leader within Modifications you have impact on safety, results, focus and behavior – you are a role model for our values. That means always putting safety and security of our people first. Understanding risk and acting with integrity and high ethical standards in everything you do. We are looking for candidates with:

• Relevant competencies and experiences from project leadership
• Strong collaboration skills and focus on leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on strategies and targets
• Ability to drive change and deliver on our improvement targets
• Good communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of and experience from relevant work processes and deliveries within Operation and Maintenance
• Knowledge of and experience from Equinor’s Capital Value Process (CVP) and Project Development (PD) process
• Ability to and interest in collaborating on further developing and implementing competence strategies within the Project Management discipline

• Digital competences (comfortable with using different digital solutions) preferred
• Previous experience from project development, business development, supply chain management, finance and control, and operations and maintenance may be an advantage

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
