Job responsibilities:

•    A Contract Lead is responsible for Company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. 
•    Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers. 
•    Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks, through: 
•    LEAD CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT: 
•    Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation) 
•    Implement and operationalize new agreements 
•    Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs MANAGE AGREEMENT: 
•    Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers 
•    Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company 
•    Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements) 
•    Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO) 
•    Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Education: relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent Qualities: 
•    We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague. 
•    Digital skills: Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage.
•    Good communication skills in both English an Norwegian
