Offshore Resource Coordinator

Job responsibilities:

• Follow-up of all activities for dedicated pool of offshore resources on job rotation.
• Check that given offshore resources are trained and gain offshore experience according to requirements by Offshore Services Line Management.
• Ensure that necessary offshore resources are booked and have the right competence and training according to Service demand.
• Follow-up of all activities related to dedicated pool of personnel on job rotation.
• Establish and maintain work schedules.
• Responsible for maintaining offshore plan (long- and short term) with input from project organization.
• Ensure high utilization and low usage of overtime of offshore personnel.
• Exercise a strong HSSE and quality mindset.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Technical/Business subjects. Long and relevant experience (minimum 5 years) may compensate for a degree.
• Awareness and understanding of the industry, suppliers and products.
• High degree of initiative, flexibility, communication and cooperation skills.
• Structured way of working and good planning skills.
• In depth knowledge of Labour law / Basic Agreement / Tariff area
• Good knowledge of Norwegian language.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
