Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a MTO Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that own work is performed according to applicable documents in governing system and correct IT applications
- Ensure that own work is performed according to project schedules and that information is exchanged according to agreed dates
- Proactively seek information and/ or clarifications needed to enable continuation and completion of own work
- Ensure good understanding of project contractual requirements, goals and risks
- Ensure quality and self-check of own work performed
- Ensure that changes to own work is handled according to governing documents
- Only implement instructions from mandated personnel (Company and Client)
- Reporting of status/ progress for own work
- Contribution to continuous improvements through reporting of Non-Conformances and suggestions for improvements
- Handle delegated responsibilities from Procurement Manager
Role specification
- Relevant work experience may compensate if bachelor degree is not achieved
- The Material Take Off (MTO) – Coordinator is responsible to perform activities according to governing system
- Establish Purchase Requisitions (PR) for purchase of materiel, prefab, Services and ISO-services.
- Quality check of Purchase Requisitions (PR) by requisitioner
- Prioritize incoming cases to the MTO-team
- Perform Service Entry and Goods Receipt in SAP
- Coordinate (MTO) between Engineering and Procurement
- Establish cost elements in SAP when needed
- Follow up activities; Check Weekly if Purchase Order (PO) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) are made for the Purchase requisitions (PR) – if not, contact Buyer
- Material availability: Prefabrication – check Surplus with Project Logistic Responsible (PLR)
- Good communication with Engineering, Buyers og PLR’s
- SAP Closing: participate in project closing activities and clear out logistic purchase orders, stock
transfer orders, requisitions, stock balances and reservations
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor
- Relevant work experience may compensate if bachelor degree is not achieved
- Work experience 3-5 years
- Positive attitude
- Structured and accurate
- Good cooperation skills
- Ability to make decisions and act independently
- Able to handle several work tasks simultaneously
- Commercial awareness
- Norwegian / English – orally and in writing
To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
