Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for Lead and Senior Piping/Layout Engineers

We are looking for candidates that have 5-10 years of relevant experience, but strong candidates with shorter or longer experience will also be considered.

Typical tasks will be:

•    3D modelling in PDMS, E3D or AutoCad Plant 3D
•    Concept evaluation and development.
•    Pipe stress analysis in CAESAR II
•    Project work in multidiscipline teams
•    Active participation in layout design reviews, HAZOP etc.

Your qualifications:

•    B.Sc. or M.Sc. within mechanical or other relevant engineering fields
•    Experience from 3D modelling (for hydrogen, carbon capture, LNG, oil & gas or other plant engineering industry)
•    Good knowledge of relevant regulations including ASME, EN, DNV and NORSOK.
•    It is required that the candidate has good collaboration and leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
