For one of our clients we are looking to strengthen our LCI team in the development project and are looking for an experienced and ambitious LCI Professional. The role requires some experience and knowledge about LCI information/data and systems.

Job responsibilities:

•    Identify and clarify realistic expectations from the users 
•    Identify need for update of LCI processes and guidelines in line with the company and existing framework 
•    Provide guidance, develop plans and support LCI controlled work processes and activities to ensure quality 
•    Support company operation in activities related to LCI 
•    Support functional process owners to ensure efficient processes are in place to handle information in alignment with requirements 
•    Support the information owners to improve quality of existing LCI 
•    Facilitate quality improvements and functional solutions in alignment with business needs and system functions 
•    Guidance on organizing, simplification, standardization, sharing and re-use of information across the company 
•    Assist in facilitating a culture/attitude for sharing and collaboration 
•    Tools – act as super user for LCI management systems ensure the set-up of the systems meets the requirements and realistic expectations from the users.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Experience within LCI management
•    Good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems 
•    Experience with LCI and engineering systems/tools for projects (i.e PIMS) 
•    Experience and understanding of LCI information/data (management, use and needs) 
•    Experience of dataflow 
•    Extensive database experience 
•    Extensive SQL experience
•    Structured
•    Self-starter with a strong delivery focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
•    Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and new task 
•    Act in accordance with Company’s values 
•    Open minded team player with ability to influence, share knowledge and interface with a wide range of teams / disciplines / strategic partner 
•    Ability to recognize and solve problems, make decisions and drive progress 
•    Multidiscipline understanding 
•    Fluent in English, verbal and written.
•    Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
