Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a INTEGRITY DUE DILIGENCE ANALYST-Document Management (DM)

Job responsibilities:

• Execute robust and structured information-gathering about potential counterparties and transactions using IDD methods, tools and sources (internal and external)
• Engage with the Business Units, compliance function and other stakeholders in advising further actions based on assessments of findings
• Effectively communicate the significance of your findings, risks and proposed mitigating actions to the business units
• Follow up IDD approvals to ensure new risks are being captured and managed over time
• Expand IDD knowledge across the Company through workshops and presentations.
• Use data analytics to enhance the value of IDD efforts.
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency in the IDD process

Your qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree – open to various backgrounds
• Good business understanding through a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with compliance/KYC in a heavily regulated industry like banking and finance is an advantage
• Data analytics abilities and interest in digitalization as a strong advantage
• Team player with ability to do both independent work and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
• Structured and analytical
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Flexible mindset and a continuous learner

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
