Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Instrument lead/senior engineer 24127.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for multi-discipline and/or single discipline engineering in projects/ contracts within modification
• Overall responsible for project scope of works within a project (or a contract)
• Ensure that the discipline scopes of work are fully defined.
• Ensure that the scopes are in accordance with the client’s requirements
• Manage the defined scope of works
• Lead / manage multidiscipline CTR’s
• Ensure that the correct levels of productivity are held by involved disciplines.
• Prepare engineering concepts and develop into detail design
• Prepare procedures within construction and commissioning
• Manual and computer analysis and preparation of CTR estimates
• Follow up and comment on vendor information and assist with inspections and testing (including FAT)
• Attend meetings including HAZOP and HAZID.

Qualification:

• Master or bachelor’s degree (Technical vocational school might be accepted if long experience)
• Experience with detail design and concept engineering
• Experience with manual and computer analysis
• Experience with estimation CTR for instrument scopes
• Experience with preparation of procedures within construction and commissioning
• Familiar with HAZOP / HAZID
• Familiar with the aspects of Functional Safety and Safety Instrumented Systems to IEC 61511
• Experience with reviewing and commenting on vendor information
• Experience  with inspection and testing including FAT
• Experience with review and check subordinate engineers work.

Languages: English and preferable Norwegian

Location: Stavanger

Duration: ASAP – 31.10.23

Criterias:

Short mobilization time.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU and for this specific assignment a valid work permit for Norway is required.
