Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a HIRE-IN LEG PS EMPLOYMENT LAW 23966.

Job responsibilities:

–  Assess legal risk in employment law cases. 
–  Supply legal advice to PO (oral and written) in sick leave and disciplinary cases. 
–  Draw up agreements and supply advice in people related matters such as hiring-in, deduction of salary, secondments, whistleblowing, harassment cases etc.

Your qualifications:
–  Norwegian Masters of Law with good results.
–  Minimum 2-3 years experience working with employment law. 
–  Experience from handling cases in a complex organization is a plus. 
–  The candidate must be able to work independently with several cases at the same time. 
–  We would like the candidate to work from our office in Fornebu or in Stavanger.

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
