Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Firewater and Technical Safety Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Mainly working with scope of FW in upcoming FEED for H2S.
• Responsible for design of firewater system, using Pipenet and NFPA standards.
• Management of technical safety and technical working environment in accordance with Norwegian regulations and standards, such as Norsok S-001 & S-002, Shell DEPs and Company’s PEM.

Your qualifications:

• Master of Science with 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Senior expertise in Pipenet, FW hydraulic and demand calculations.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and also norske Shell's DEPs.
• Skilled in Pipenet and TIME.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian and English both verbally and written language

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
