Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for an EXPERIENCED OPERATIONAL LEADER TO SUPPORT OPERATIONAL LEADER AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT IN COMPANY UNIVERSITY

Job responsibilities:
The principal function is to : 
•    Use own operational and leadership experience to take part in the development of new learning programs in close cooperation with the customers and relevant experts. 
•    Contribute to the further development of existing programs 
•    Conduct the execution of the learning programs 
•    Lead the training sessions including preparation and follow up of activities

Your qualifications:

•    Operational experience is a prerequisite preferably from OiM positions 
•    Good understanding of Company’s organization 
•    Good knowledge of relevant IT tools 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
