Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an EXPERIENCED ENGINEER TECHNICAL SAFETY

Job responsibilities:

• Support technical integrity engineers on technical requests from Operations team, technical support to modification projects, support in taking down back-log on safety critical doc updates and audits.
• Contribute to equipment, system and safety barrier evaluations
• Contribute in risk assessments (HAZOP/HAZID/ALARP)
• Contribute to maintaining the plants safety strategy and total risk assessment
• Experience sharing and guidance/training of young engineers

Your qualifications:

• Broad knowledge from at least one of the following areas: Technical safety, fire safety, risk and reliability
• Good knowledge of safety standards in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with quantitative risk analysis.
• Language requirements: English and Norwegain

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
