Job responsibilities:

You will work as part of a small EfP team together with experienced colleagues on one or several projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Optimize, roll-out and manage IT tools supporting EfP work processes such as:
• Supplier requirements control
• Supplier goods status monitoring
• Supplier Interface Information management
• Assist Procurement and Engineering Management in alignment of engineering and procurement plans
• Training of the engineering teams using EfP tools
• Participate in meetings with Engineering, Procurement and Supplier teams
• Proposing and driving improvements in projects tools

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor`s or Master`s in engineering or similar
• Experience with and ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary matrix organizations, seeking answers/advice/support as needed
• Digital skills to work with custom-made IT tools and be able to work effectively with large data sets
• Excellent Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word) skills
• Excellent Power BI, skills

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU and have a valid work permit/visa for Norway.
