The department is responsible for delivering technical operations services for E&P upstream offshore and contributing to safe, efficient and sustainable operation, maintenance, modification and decommissioning of operated assets. The competence center is focused on Subsea Intervention.

Job responsibilities:

•    Support customers with planning and execution of diving operations projects 
•    Participate in relevant risk management meetings 
•    Follow up diving operations on site where required as representative 
•    Ensure internal processes are followed when following up diving operations 
•    Some offshore travel activities might be required

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Good knowledge of different diving techniques and methods 
•    Knowledge and understanding of diving medicine, physiology, physics, and diving tables 
•    Basic knowledge of relevant national and international laws and regulations governing diving 
•    Able to implement and manage HSE procedures 
•    Good understanding of the use of pressure chambers and breathing gases for diving operations 
•    Knowledge of various underwater tasks, such as welding, cutting, lifting, concrete construction, inspection, search operations, and operation of hydraulic and compressed air-powered tools 
•    Basic knowledge of subsea lifting techniques 
•    Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian 
•    Able to communicate requirements and show direction towards internal and external stakeholders
