Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Cost Controller

Job responsibilities:

•    Allocation of personnel in SAP/Categorisation
•    Maintain matrix of man hour-rates (advancement, sale and cost rates)
•    Maintain WBS structure for construction activities
•    Budgeting and follow up of construction mhrs (direct & indirect)
•    Budgeting and follow up of construction indirect costB
•    Budgeting and follow up tools & Consumables (reimbursable/non reimbursable)
•    Budgeting and follow up ATS cost (reimbursable/non reimbursable)
•    Verify correctness of subcontract invoices of all subcontracts (project and yard) in accordance with contract.
•    Verify and follow up reimbursable Aibel mhr/cost towards Hitachi Energy (HE) and Customer (Commissionig)

•    Create sales order(s) in SAP.
•    Check for correct mhr cost and cost booking
•    Check for correct mhr cost and cost allocation towards budget (EAC)
•    Take initiative to seek for required information to execute own work
•    Proactively communicate relevant information
•    Actively seek and look for possibilities in contracts and scope
•    Contribute to monthly closing of project accounts
•    Contribute in external financial reporting to client (weekly, monthly, baseline updates).
•    Contribute internal financial reporting to Project Management Team and Business Control
•    Other tasks assigned to him/her
•    Familiar with customer IT systems

Your qualifications:

•    Bachelor
•    Some years of work experience
•    Experience with SAP or similar system is an advantage
•    Excel skills
•    Proactive and communicative
•    Leadership potentials
•    Analytical
•    Enjoy teamwork and also work well independently
•    Commercial mindset
•    Fluent in English

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
