Job responsibilities:

•    Project Success: Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure successful execution and delivery of the assigned work packages and projects.
•    Financial Control: Monitor and control revenues, costs and key financial figures. As well handle currency management, guarantees and project insurance.
•    Supplier Cost Management: Monitor and follow up the sub-supplier costs, also coordinate with procurement to oversee supplier’s performance.
•    Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual figures against planned forecasts and budgets, identifying and explaining deviations.
•    Project Reporting: Prepare reports, budgets and forecasts for your project portfolio. Conduct cost and profitability analyses to support decision-making.
•    Risk Management: Identify, assess and manage project risks proactively.
•    SAP & Reporting Tools: Ensure accurate project administration and data quality across SAP and related business tools.
•    Claims Support: Assist project team with contract and commercial management activities, including claim support tasks.
•    Invoicing & Cash Flow: Ensure timely invoicing and cash flow management, contributing to the financial health of each project.
•    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Controlling, Project Management and other departments to ensure financial accuracy, process alignment and transparency

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
•    Experience from international business operations is an advantage

Technical Skills:

•    Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
•    Ability to navigate complex systems, utilize reporting tools effectively and apply technical expertise
•    In-depth knowledge of SAP Project Module is a strong advantage
•    Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
•    Excellent overall IT competence
