Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Fabrication Installation Lead – Piping / Structural / Mechanical

Job responsibilities:

You will be working as a Fabrication Installation Lead together with other colleagues for the project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

• Plan the next shift for the working team before the start-up meeting.
• Lead the meetings at start-up and end of work on all work shifts.
• Ensure that the working team comply working time in accordance to work schedule and rotation.
• Support the work team through the shift.
• Handle changes in the work schedule.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the working team.
• Prepare weekly work schedules.
• Close-up work packages
• Ensure good overlap with the next shift.
• Reporting
• Maintain and develop own competence.
• Perform monthly meetings with own working team.
• HSSE
• Continual improvement
• Interfaces and coordination

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 5-years’ experience from EPC processes within Topside and facilities/Renewables Segments
• Good leadership skills, incl. conflict management
• Good knowledge of the work processes within the discipline that is being carried out.
• English fluent in oral and written communication
• Software skills: MS Office 365, MIPS

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit
