Together we will create one of the largest technical staffing providers in Norway and the North Sea.<\/p>\n<p>Reference is made to a <a href=\"https:\/\/techconsult.no\/en\/techconsult-to-join-forces-with-agr-consultancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">earlier announcement<\/a> dated 12 February 2025 for further details about Techconsult and the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Techconsult will now be part of <a href=\"https:\/\/agr.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGR<\/a>\u2019s existing resourcing business unit, integrating into the Norway branch of <a href=\"https:\/\/agr.com\/agr-services\/agr-consultancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGR Consultancy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the combined company will more than double its shared database of technical professionals\u2014expanding to a total of 26,000 experts\u2014providing specialized resources for oil &amp; gas, renewables, process industry, and civil engineering and infrastructure projects.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]AGR \u2013 an ABL Group company \u2013 has successfully completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Norway-based engineering and technical resourcing consultancy Techconsult.
