For one of our customers we are now looking for a <strong>HR and Payroll Advisor&nbsp;<\/strong>28615<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This position reports to: Director HR Shared Services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Purpose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be a proactive business partner on all elements of HR and Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Provide and ensure quality HR data for business purposes and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Perform in accordance with an in depth knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems and regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAccountability &amp; End Result:<br \/>\nDegree of accountability for the following will vary between position holders;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a business partner, advise and support stakeholders on issues related to HR and Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Provide HR data for business purposes &ndash; sick leave, leave of absence, manning reports, variable pay etc.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of HR data &ndash; payroll, employee data, organizational changes etc.<\/li>\n<li>Process and verify personnel and organizational changes from e.g. Manager Express<\/li>\n<li>Understand and prepare for the full Payroll process<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a good process for integration and data flow between HR BP and Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Ensure &ldquo;gold&rdquo; organization and employee data quality in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Ekofisk Junior monthly payroll<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for various benefit programs and processes, like the Stock Saving Plan, sick leave, employee loans and leave of absence.<\/li>\n<li>Advise employees and supervisors on time sheet input and compensation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and union agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Welfare, manage and follow up budget, processes and decisions &ndash; active partner and driver in the Welfare Committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAssigned roles, responsibilities, procedures and other:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SAP HR Super user<\/li>\n<li>HR Connections member\/lead<\/li>\n<li>Manager Express Super user<\/li>\n<li>Laws and regulations related to Payroll<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your experience and qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or Master&rsquo;s Degree in relevant discipline (i.e. HR, Finance, Economics, Legal etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years HR &amp; Payroll experience<\/li>\n<li>High degree of analytical abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills including (but not limited to) SAP and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English.<\/li>\n<li>Partners effectively and credibly across teams and organizations on all HR matters<\/li>\n<li>Builds capabilities in self and team through knowledge sharing<\/li>\n<li>Business\/Quantitative acumen<\/li>\n<li>Identifies, promotes and implements best practices in area of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Professional ability to handle confidential employee and company information<\/li>\n<li>Manages detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Preferred competency (education, knowledge\/experience &amp;
