For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering or industrial projects. The position is based in the Oslo area, with expected start-up in December 2026\/January 2027 and an initial assignment of approximately 12 months.<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    End-to-end responsibility for project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and contractual commitments
\n•    Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across several project lifecycle phases
\n•    Project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, cost control and performance reporting
\n•    Risk management, change control and implementation of mitigation and recovery plans
\n•    Strong commercial understanding, including contracts, variations, claims and change orders
\n•    Coordination of interfaces between engineering, procurement, suppliers, construction and commissioning activities
\n•    Customer and stakeholder management, including project reviews and reporting<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Experience from energy, oil & gas, LNG, hydrogen, carbon capture, process industry, infrastructure or another regulated industrial sector
\n•    Experience working with Norwegian customers, suppliers, regulatory requirements or working practices
\n•    B.Sc.\/M.Sc. in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
\n•    A recognised project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA, is an advantage.
\n•    Norwegian or Swedish language skills will be prioritised. Fluent English is required.
\n•    Due to the expected start-up, candidates who already have the right to work in Norway will be prioritised.<\/p>\n
