\nTechconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a OCTG Planner <\/strong>   28574<\/p>\n

The OCTG Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of OCTG materials to support drilling and well operations. This responsibility encompasses deep process knowledge, strategic inventory planning, and accurate reporting. The role also involves active stakeholder engagement and ownership of long-term planning tools for OCTG, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and planning cycles. 
\n•    Register new demand entries in the Excel control spreadsheet for tracking and visibility. 
\n•    Create new SAP material numbers for out-of-contract materials demand. 
\n•    Prepare Request for Production (RFP): complete the template, share internally, and organize quality control meetings. 
\n•    Send the finalized RFP to the supplier via email. 
\n•    Manage RFP processing: gather supplier feedback and implement necessary changes. 
\n•    Confirm RFP acceptance and ensure smooth internal and external information flow. 
\n•    Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs. 
\n•    Monitor production progress and conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers. 
\n•    Track readiness of materials for delivery in coordination with suppliers and the JOS logistics team. 
\n•    Oversee the development and maintenance of the planning tool. 
\n•    Interface with PSR Wells, Wells engineers, PFMs, logistics team, and relevant suppliers. 
\n•    Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders throughout the year for production and RFP follow-ups.<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Bachelor\/master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance or economics 
\n•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work. 
\n•    Good communication skills (written and oral), in English and\/or Norwegian. 
\n•    Qualities Are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, being cost-conscious, are engaged and proactive, curious and have a high level of professional- as well as personal integrity 
\n•    Contribute to an attractive, inspiring, healthy and secure working environment, share experiences and help others to succeed, and being a caring colleague 
\n•    Address safety performance, caring for sustainability, engage and collaborate with our suppliers to avoid major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and reduce carbon footprint
\n•    Good communications skills in both English and Norwegian<\/p>\n
