\nTechconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Planning \/ Senior Planner <\/strong>   28562<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Schedule planning, resource planning and cost control for the Civil scope. This requires proactively collecting information from various stkaholders in the project, including the subcontractor for the Civil scope.
\n•    Communicate and integrate the plan from the subcontractor.
\n•    Establish and maintain Level 4 and Level 5 schedules for the Civil scope.
\n•    Lead project progress reviews and validate & challenge actual progress.
\n•    Highlighting the critical path and risks linked to the project schedule for the scope and propose the optimization & mitigation actions.
\n•    Follow up the overall scheduling according to contract, authority regulations and company work processes.
\n•    Provide planning manager and project management with scheduling analysis to ensure correct management decisions.
\n•    Communicate all potential scheduling issues to planning manager to ensure needed adjustments, mitigations and improved performance.
\n•    Proactively search for opportunities to improve the schedule and ensure materialization of these.<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Master or Bachelor within technical or commercial topics. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
\n•    Minimum 5 years work experience within project planning from EPC projects.
\n•    Preferably experience from Civil planning
\n•    Experience with and working knowledge of Safran Project<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications: 
\nTechnical Qualifications:
\n•    Extensive experience with Safran Project.
\n•    Strong understanding of schedule planning, resource planning, and cost control.
\n•    Experience establishing and maintaining Level 4 and Level 5 schedules.
\n•    Solid understanding of construction sequencing, work logic, and interfaces between disciplines.<\/p>\n

Industry-Specific Qualifications
\n•    Experience from EPC, modification, or field development projects within the oil and gas industry.
\n•    Experience planning civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities.
\n•    Familiarity with commissioning and completion processes is an advantage.
\n•    Ability to coordinate schedules with contractors and on-site construction activities.<\/p>\n

Personal Qualifications
\n•    Structured and proactive.
\n•    Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation measures to ensure project progress.
\n•    Strong collaboration and communication skills.
\n•    Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
\n•    Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving project objectives and milestones.<\/p>\n
