\nTechconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer <\/strong>   28555<\/p>\n

The offshore wind farm projects Ba\u0142tyk 2 and Ba\u0142tyk 3 are being developed in the first phase of offshore wind energy development in Poland. The projects are located in the Polish exclusive economic zone of the Baltic Sea, between 22 and 37 kilometers from the coastline. The first energy from the Ba\u0142tyk 2 and Ba\u0142tyk 3 offshore wind farms is expected to flow into the grid as early as 2027, the commercial phase of their operation is planned from 2028.<\/p>\n

Job responsibilities:
\nAbout the role We are looking for an experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to strengthen the company’s project deliveries within Construction & Commissioning (C&C). The role is key to ensuring structured and efficient preparation, execution and handover of completion activities in our projects. The role involves close collaboration with project management, engineering, suppliers, construction, commissioning, LCI and operations. ,<\/p>\n

Overall responsibility 
\n•    Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools 
\n•    Support training of relevant personnel in the use of the C&C Digital Toolbox 
\n•    Support implementation of a standardized coding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys 
\n•    Support facilitating interfaces between ProCoSys and internal and external systems 
\n•    Ensure good alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations 
\n•    Contribute to clear and early handling of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW) Discipline and systems 
\n•    Establish MC and commissioning structure (system boundaries, packages, scope and workflow) 
\n•    Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows 
\n•    Ensure that LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI lead 
\n•    Quality assures readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC) Collaboration and follow-up 
\n•    Provide strong professional competence within CPR\/MC\/Commissioning in the project 
\n•    Work closely with suppliers and contractors 
\n•    Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and the companys work processes 
\n•    Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s\/Master’s degree) 
\n•    Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles 
\n•    Good knowledge of project model and work processes 
\n•    Documented experience with ProCoSys 
\n•    Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage 
\n•    Subsea experience is desirable, but not a requirement (depending on the project) Personal attributes 
\n•    Structured and analytical, with a strong holistic understanding 
\n•    Confident and comfortable providing professional advice 
\n•    Strong collaboration and communication skills 
\n•    Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces 
\n•    A driver for quality, maturity and continuous improvement
\n•    Good communications skills in English<\/p>\n
