Accounts Payable and Receivable (APR) is a delivery unit within FCoE FC Treasury and Tax. The Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Vendor Master teams in APR have an important role within the companies Finance & Control and Supply Chain Management processes. We are responsible processing 400.000 invoices from 10.000 vendors are processed every year, <\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\nVendor Master data Maintain and govern the company’s global Vendor Master data to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and protection against fraud while enabling efficient business operations. <\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities 
\n•    Manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master records. 
\n•    Perform due diligence and verification of supplier information and bank details. 
\n•    Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards. 
\n•    Act as a gatekeeper against fraud, duplicate suppliers, and incorrect master data. 
\n•    Provide expert advice on master data processes, systems, and policies. 
\n•    Drive master data quality improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Strong understanding of master data governance and supplier onboarding. 
\n•    Attention to detail and risk awareness. 
\n•    Knowledge of SAP, and knowledge of SAP MDG-BP is an advantage. 
\n•    Ability to influence, collaborate, and improve cross-functional processes.
\n•    Strong communications skills in both Norwegian and English<\/p>\n
