\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures
\n•    Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
\n•    Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
\n•    Responsible for all in coming and out going deliveries which go through document control
\n•    Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
\n•    Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems
\n•    Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
\n•    Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation-<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Long experience, 10 to 12 years, within offshore \/onshore related projects
\n•    Knowledge of relevant standards, prosedure and requirements
\n•    Knowledge of modifications on offshore \/ onshore installations when in operation
\n•    The ability to work independently, as well as in a team
\n•    Good communication skills, written and oral 
\n•    Is systematic and accurate 
\n•    Has high loyalty to deadlines and quality requirements 
\n•    Is solution-oriented 
\n•    Collaborative work attitude and accepts multicultural work environment<\/p>\n
