\nTechconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Operator Response & Support Center <\/strong>   28532<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Main point of contact in Equinor for notification of emergency situations 
\n•    Acting on all reports of serious incidents and situations requiring emergency response support, ensuring further notification in accordance with established plans 
\n•    Providing remote support to employees during business travel, following-up Journey Management Plans (JMP) and Travel Communication Plans 
\n•    Conducting real-time threat monitoring from open sources and initiating actions as needed 
\n•    Receive and act on reports of serious incidents, including further notification and mobilization of client`s emergency response organization 
\n•    Collect, analyze, and disseminate data from open-source information systems to support stakeholders understand and mitigate threats and risks 
\n•    Transform collected data into written and actionable reports 
\n•    Maintain situational awareness of the global threat landscape and proactively inform stakeholders in a timely manner about identified threats 
\n•    Stay updated and seek information on evolving threat picture 
\n•    Support POB count during incidents and business travel in high threat countries 
\n•    Collaborate with Client`s emergency organization by monitoring, responding and executing tasks in Client`s corporate crisis management tool 
\n•    Conduct notification and mass communication to employees in case of serious incidents 
\n•    Notify and collaborate with Petroleum Industry Security Alert System (PISAS) when required. 
\n•    The position implies 24\/7 shift work – including weekend, evening and night shift<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Degree level education preferred – preferably in emergency response, crisis management or a security related discipline 
\n•    Experience from relevant positions within operations, security, emergency response, and\/or military (OSINT) 
\n•    Have good understanding of security and emergency preparedness 
\n•    Excellent IT and digital skills 
\n•    Prior knowledge of CIM (Crisis Management tool) is considered an advantage 
\n•    Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and oral, is essential 
\n•    Knowledge of cllient`s national and international role and presence is considered an advantage 
\n•    Team player, however able to operate individually 
\n•    Problem solving skills and creativity 
\n•    Ability to handle stress in demanding emergency situations 
\n•    Proactive and pragmatic; strong analytic, problem solving and communication skills 
\n•    24\/7 duty roster, including evening, night and weekend shifts. 
\n•    Able to work alone during night shifts and weekend shifts.<\/p>\n
