They aims to be the exploration and production company of the future by transforming the way we work and operate. We are setting new standards by focusing on safe production and low emissions.
\nThe Process team is seeking a Process Engineer. The work will be to support assets integrating the major projects currently in execution. The role is part of the central process team – and will work for the relevant asset.
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable operations within the framework of our business management systems and relevant standards and requirements within the process discipline. You will drive continuous improvement within the team, and work in close collaboration with experts in other disciplines to ensure the best solutions.<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Verification of operating procedures.
\n•    Production optimization and debottlenecking of the facility.
\n•    Support operations team and project team with process competence. Contribute to engineering and technical queries (EQ) and Management of Change (MOC)
\n•    Participate in risk assessments such as Hazop\/LOPA\/SORA, barrier mapping, and root cause analysis (5-Why).
\n•    Give input to the development of digital solutions and tools to improve ways of working.
\n•    The role is based onshore but may be subjected to some offshore travelling.<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Master of Science in relevant discipline.
\n•    Preferably 5+ years' work experience within oil and gas (Less experience will also be considered).
\n•    Experience from operations.
\n•    Experience with process simulation tools such as Hysys\/UniSim.
\n•    Good knowledge of relevant requirements, Norwegian and International Standards.
\n•    It is desirable that you are able to travel offshore in this position.
\n•    Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.
\n•    You are a self-starter and able to work independently.<\/p>\n
