We are looking for skilled and motivated Contract Leads to join the procurement category serving the Wells business area (Wells holds the global end-to-end accountability for designing and delivering well operations onshore and offshore).<\/p>\n

Job responsibilities:
\nA Contract Lead is responsible for the company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. 
\nHolds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers according to approval requirements. Establish agreement: 
\n•    Lead process and team compliant and efficiently Ensure safety, security, and sustainability in procurement 
\n•    Establish Specific Procurement Strategy according to business need and relevant Category Strategy 
\n•    Understand relevant market and how to connect this to business need 
\n•    Produce and issue request for information (RFI) 
\n•    Establish bidders list Prepare evaluation procedure 
\n•    Establish, issue and manage enquiry 
\n•    Handle bid clarifications and conduct bid clarification meetings 
\n•    Plan and conduct negotiations 
\n•    Perform evaluation and agreement award, including partner approval 
\n•    Ensure proper hand-over to management phase, including strategic objectives <\/p>\n

Manage agreement: 
\n•    Agreement start-up activities, including: 
\n•    Implement contract(s) in all systems (Plan-to-Pay) 
\n•    Receive and archive guarantees 
\n•    Contribute to the establishment and management of a risk-based follow-up plan, linked to strategic objectives 
\n•    Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of internal and external users) 
\n•    Contribute to contract start-up meetings with supplier(s) <\/p>\n

Manage performance and relations, including: 
\n•    Safeguard correct use of the contract 
\n•    Give input on and analyse cost performance data 
\n•    Stakeholder management Initiate and implement improvements 
\n•    Perform supplier relations management <\/p>\n

Ensure SOX-control Handle change, including: 
\n•    Variation order requests (VOR) and variation orders (VO) 
\n•    Amendments Options 
\n•    Request for rate adjustments 
\n•    Handle supplier quality deviation 
\n•    Handle contractual issues, including Force Majeure 
\n•    Perform cancellation and termination of contract 
\n•    Perform close out, including: 
\n•    Accept of delivery Completion and final account 
\n•    Closing of contract<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Bachelor\/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law. 
\n•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work. 
\n•    Good communication skills (written and oral), in English and\/or Norwegian. 
\n•    Qualities Are performance driven, have a strong interest for commercial aspects, being cost-conscious, are engaged and proactive, curious and have a high level of professional- as well as personal integrity
