This is a senior and highly specialized position combining <strong>OT Cyber Security, System Integration, Commissioning, Compliance, Verification, and Technical Leadership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that cyber security requirements are effectively implemented across systems, suppliers, alliances, and operational interfaces throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as a technical authority and company representative, ensuring compliance, system integrity, and secure end-to-end functionality from field devices to cloud-based digital solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate Cyber Security activities related to system delivery and integration.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company cyber security requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation of cyber security requirements throughout engineering, commissioning, and operational readiness phases.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>IEC 62443<\/strong>, <strong>DNV-RP-G108<\/strong>, and internal cyber security procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Review and update Functional Design Requirements and related technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Verify that cyber security requirements are included in design, procurement, vendor packages, and project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cyber security is integrated into end-to-end system functionality across the project.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Commissioning, Operations, IT, OT, Suppliers, and Alliance Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in audits, verifications, assurance activities, and technical reviews as the company representative.<\/li>\n<li>Support management of Technical Queries (TQs), Deviations (DEVs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cyber security is addressed across infrastructure, digital solutions, Digital Twin environments, and cloud-connected systems.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the company focal point and authority for cyber risk assessments and technical clarifications.<\/li>\n<li>Drive multidisciplinary technical activities and task forces where required.<\/li>\n<li>Support project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and operational readiness activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure safe and efficient handover of systems and facilities to Operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for candidates with strong experience in industrial environments, preferably within Oil &amp; Gas, Energy, Offshore, or other complex process industries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in <strong>OT Cyber Security<\/strong> within industrial control environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, Automation and Operational Technology (OT)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with <strong>IEC 62443<\/strong> and industrial cyber security principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with system integration across OT and IT environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cyber risk assessments and security-by-design methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of network segmentation, infrastructure security, and secure system architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience participating in audits, compliance reviews, verification, or assurance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in large multidisciplinary projects.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Professional proficiency in both <strong>English and Norwegian<\/strong>, written and verbal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil &amp; Gas project experience in Norway.<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning, Completion, Mechanical Completion (MC), and handover to Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Digital Twin, Cognite CDF, or field-to-cloud architectures.<\/li>\n<li>SAS, Telecom, Historian, and automation systems.<\/li>\n<li>IT\/OT convergence and industrial network infrastructures.<\/li>\n<li>FAT, SAT, offshore commissioning, and hook-up activities.<\/li>\n<li>Technical leadership, resource management, and scope management.<\/li>\n<li>Supplier and procurement package follow-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate demonstrates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience from oil &amp; gas projects NORSOK \/ Norway<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build trust-based relationships across teams and organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to continuous improvement and Lean principles.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive progress and achieve results in complex project environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join This Opportunity?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of Norway&#039;s most significant energy developments.
