\nTechconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Commissioning Engineer Process\/Utility <\/strong>   28477<\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Assist the Commissioning System Responsible (SRE) or other personnel in the Commissioning team[s] with regards to testing, verification and documentation.
\n•    MC follow-up and punch-out of defined packages.
\n•    Contribute to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities in accordance with commissioning plans and project requirements, while also meeting all client's project and operational requirements.
\n•    Contribute to the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Asset Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
\n•    Assistance and performing MC and Commissioning activities as given by Commissioning SRE or others in the Commissioning team.
\n•    Prepare, set and\/or verify Valve & Blind lists.
\n•    Complete CPCRs.
\n•    Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm SRE on dedicated systems.
\n•    Verify Construction Field installations are according to design\/ISO\/P&IDs in collaboration with Commissioning SRE or others in MC\/Commissioning team.
\n•    Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down\/Yellow line) according to the RFCC (Ready for Commissioning Certificate) Hand-Over Process.
\n•    Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities.
\n•    According to good practice, ensure effective communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers.
\n•    Report to the Commissioning SRE regarding ongoing Commissioning activities.
\n•    Assist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC (Ready for Operations Certificate) Hand-over according to the System Lead's instructions.
\n•    Assist related ATS (Agreement for Technical Services) and other resources.<\/p>\n

\nYour experience and qualifications:
\n•    Skilled worker or a related field or equivalent education\/experience.
\n•    Track record of mechanical construction, completion or operational experience and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry.
\n•    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
\n•    Experience from offshore in either operations or maintenance team is of great benefit.
\n•    Familiarity with Project Completion Systems PIMS and document management systems.
\n•    Knowledge of reading\/understanding P&IDs and ISOs.
\n•    Good knowledge of the English and Norwegian languages (both written and verbal).
\n•    Self-motivated with a willingness to learn from others and work with minimum direction.
\n•    Actively seeks out know-how and best practice, related to own area of contribution.
\n•    Anticipates future situations and plans to meet them.
\n•    Bias for action – does things before being asked to or forced to by events.
\n•    Willingly takes the lead when challenges occur.
