 <\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\nThe main activities and responsibilities are project planning, and includes: 
\n•    Responsible for project overall planning 
\n    •    Develop, maintain and communicate the project schedules. 
\n    •    Monitor, analyse, and report schedule progress, including identification and reporting of deviations, trends, and recovery actions.
\n    •    Coordinate, integrate, and optimize contractors' schedules within the overall project schedule.
\n    •    Review, audit, and quality assure contractors' planning documentation, including schedules, milestones, progress curves, resource histograms, and related planning deliverables.
\n    •    Perform critical path analysis, schedule assessments and schedule risk analysis when needed.
\n    •    Provide planning input to the project team (ex. lookahead schedules, planning info in monthly reports).<\/p>\n

•    Responsible for planning and coordination of construction and commissioning activities at Site: 
\n    •    Establish systems and methods for planning and follow-up of construction and commissioning activities.
\n    •    Re-view, quality check and follow-up the construction and commissioning schedules from contractors.
\n    •    Develop, maintain and optimize the detailed construction and commissioning schedules based on contractors’ schedules. 
\n    •    Schedule and prioritize activities between different contractors in different working zones in different operative periods (ex. 8 weeks, 3 weeks, weekly) based on contractors’ maturity of the work to be performed, risks, interfaces and dependencies 
\n    •    Monitor and report site progress and productivity, including analysis and reporting of deviations from plan.
\n    •    Facilitate and lead planning and coordination meetings at sit.
\n    •    Monitor and follow up contractor manpower plans and resource forecasts.
\n    •    Support coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and execution priorities<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nQualifications:
\n•    Proactive and structured approach
\n•    Engineer Bachelor´s or higher 
\n•    Minimum 5 years’ experience with complex industrial investment projects
\n•    Minimum 5 years of project planning and scheduling experience in industrial or construction projects
\n•    Experience with Safran Project or Primavera (knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage)
\n•    Experience with Omega365 and SAP is an advantage
\n•    Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
\n•    Experience in construction or production planning in civil and building projects
\n•    Good understanding of construction sequencing, production methods and dependencies between disciplines
\n•    Experience in preparing and follow up of phase plans, look ahead schedules and detailed weekly work plans
\n•    Ability to assess production readiness, including work documentation, materials, resources, access, logistics and interfaces
\n•    Experience in coordinating contractors, subcontractors and concurrent activities
\n•    Basic knowledge of Norwegian HSE and construction safety legislation, particularly the Norwegian Construction Client Regulations and the relationship between planning, construction time and safe execution is an advantage
\n•    Understanding of risk assessments, method statements, permits to work and job safety analyses as part of production preparation.<\/p>\n
