Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a SAS PRE – Subsea Systems <\/strong>28429.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nJob responsibilities:
\n•    Lead technical procurement activities, including package strategy, requisitions, pre-order work, and supplier follow-up.
\n•    Act as single point of contact for vendors on technical scope, ensuring coordination and progress across disciplines
\n•    Prepare and define technical requisitions, specifications, and scope of work for inquiries and purchase orders.
\n•    Conduct bid evaluations, arrange clarification meetings, and support supplier selection.
\n•    Perform detail engineering within instrumentation\/SAS scope.
\n•    Participate in FAT and vendor follow-up activities.
\n•    Manage technical change control and supplier documentation.
\n•    Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and effective execution.
\n•    Coordinate integration between subsea systems, vendors (e.g. Kongsberg Maritime), and topside control syste<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your experience and qualifications:
\n•    Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
\n•    Minimum 5 years experience from Norwegian Continental Shelf projects<\/strong>
\n•    Proven experience as Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) or similar role
\n•    Strong technical understanding of: Topside control systems (SAS) Subsea control systems (SCU) including communication, instrumentation, and hydraulics
\n•    Experience with subsea integration projects and collaboration with subsea suppliers and client organizations
\n•    Good knowledge of: EIT installations NORSOK and relevant IEC standards
\n•    Ability to: Work proactively, structured, and transparently
\n•    Operate effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
\n•    Handle technical changes with a solution-oriented mindset
\n•    Prioritize effectively under potentially critical timelines
\n•    Communicate and coordinate across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
\n•    Certifications (recommended): EX \/ EXi
\n•    Offshore Course: Valid offshore certificate
\n•    Available for work in Norway
\n•    Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English<\/p>\n
