CP Spare Parts Sales Coordinator – Nordics<\/p>\n

About your Role:
\nWe are seeking a customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for the Nordic countries to join our Siemens Energy TI Compression EU&AF Service Team, supporting the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n

In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.<\/p>\n

This position reports to the Head of Spare Parts EU&AF and includes the tasks as described hereunder:
\n•    Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
\n•    Prepare and manage customer spare parts quotations, responding to customer inquiries regarding spare parts pricing and delivery timelines.
\n•    Process customer sales orders
\n•    Coordinate with responsible Siemens Energy Product Competence Centers
\n(PCC’s) to ensure timely quotes issuance and parts delivery.
\n•    Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries, deliveries, and after-sales issues.
\n•    Ensure customer satisfaction providing proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
\n•    Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your experience and qualifications:
\n•    Proven experience in sales coordination \/ support – preferably in industrial or
\ntechnical spare parts.
\n•    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
\n•    Excellent communication skills
\n•    Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft O\u01afice 
\n•    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
\n•    Excellent command of Norwegian and English<\/p>\n
