For en av v&aring;re kunder s&oslash;ker vi n&aring; etter Project Manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Stillingens arbeidsoppgaver:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project manager&rsquo;s responsibilities are:<\/li>\n<li>Execute and conduct the project according to the agreed project charter.<\/li>\n<li>Administrate and co-ordinate all activities within the defined project.<\/li>\n<li>Clarify with Client&rsquo;s representative issues which are not precisely given in the project charter and project changes as they arise during the execution of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately inform the Client&rsquo;s representative if any deviations from the agreed project scope are likely to occur.<\/li>\n<li>Organise the project and delegate tasks and authorities according to requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Appoint a deputy to take his place in his absence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Health and Safety work act is met and that the authorities are properly informed according to official regulations\/ local authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Quality Plan and Project Information Manual (PIM) with necessary procedures, instructions and routines within the project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the relevant authority requirements are met and also Bilfinger&rsquo;s internal requirements are met and that all required announcements, applications are made in due time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the consultative group within the Client organisation is informed and given opportunity to comment and have agreed influence on the project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that a procurement plan and procurement strategy is established.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that necessary plans are made including plans for document production and handling.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure deviations are identified and necessary measures are implemented to correct for the identified deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that required documentation according to regulations and agreements are produced, and necessary documentation is submitted to the Client at the end of project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that a project evaluation report is made and distributed to the relevant bodies at project end.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue status report during execution of project.<\/li>\n<li>Project Manager is authorised to:<\/li>\n<li>All decisions shall be made within the frames of the project charter.<\/li>\n<li>Require necessary resources and assistance to execute the project within agreed quality, time and cost.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all project members are loyal to the procedures and decisions in the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dine kvalifikasjoner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erfaring fra landbaserte prosjekter er en fordel, men ikke et krav<\/li>\n<li>Spr&aring;k: Norsk og Engelsk (absolutt krav)<\/li>\n<li>&Oslash;nskelig med lokalt boende kandidater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kandidat m&aring;
