For one of our customer we are now looking for a Contract Specialist \/Manager<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a candidate with commercial and\/or technical or legal background and broad relevant experience from leading and following up contracts or subcontracts according to English Law. The candidate will be responsible for following up the main Contracts\/Subcontracts for Company projects. This will involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General contractual support and advisories for project management and other project functions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and conduct Contract Awareness sessions and other training and conduct support as required for project team members<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities within own area for optimum and enhanced utilization of contracts<\/li>\n<li>Identification, initiation, preparation, negotiation and administration of contract amendments and variations (VO\/VOR) within projects and vs clients<\/li>\n<li>Seek advice by the Legal department when found necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of Company Subcontracts against sub suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Typical role is Contract Manager<br \/>\n\tPossible potential for being a Project Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master or bachelor degree in technical and \/or financial and\/or law background .<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should have extended experience on following up contracts in an EPC project.
