Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for an Electrical Group Lead – Heat Trace Design – NOA<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Job responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–  Electrical group lead for the heat trace design on a greenfield EPC project
\n–  Develop the heat tracing philosophy, installation manual and input into the overall electrical and project philosophies
\n–  Multi-discipline coordination, planning deliverables towards the overall project schedule Attend multi-discipline reviews and status meetings
\n–  Reporting to discipline lead on progress, schedule, and design status
\n–  Leading the heat tracing design group
\n–  Supervise, review, and approve heat trace design documentation and 3D model design Interface towards construction yard and larger vendor packages<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

–  Bachelor’s in engineering
\n–  Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in heat trace design, preferably in an EPC project in Oil & Gas industry
\n–  Good team player and ability to work with teams from different locations
\n–  Experience from PDMS\/E3D or other similar applications\/systems
\n–  Multidiscipline understanding (process, piping, insulation, field instrumentation)
\n–  Experience\/practice from shipyards or other 
\n–  Installation companies is an advantage
\n–  Experience in 3D Modelling, Autocad and TraceCalc
\n–  Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n

\nTo be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.<\/p>\n
