Job responsibilities:<\/p>\n

–  Technical assistance on specification and follow-up of structural procurement packages.
\n–  Assistance to other disciplines PDEs on the evaluation of the structural content on other procurement packaged with regards to compliance with functional and technical requirements
\n–  Structural analysis experience
\n–  Lifting\/Transport analysis experience
\n–  NORSOK & DNV offshore codes<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your qualifications:<\/p>\n

–  Experienced structural engineer
\n–  Good knowledge of NORSOK structural codes
\n–  Lifting equipment calculations (particularly for offshore lifts
\n–  Ability to evaluate and check the adequacy of the design of a structure provided by a supplier (e.g. the transport skid for an equipment).
\n–  Perform calculations and analyses during the check process, so good skills in hand calculations and analysis tools (Genie or STAAD) are necessary
\n–  Good communication skills are needed (will have to interface continuously with other disciplines and vendors).<\/p>\n

Education:
\n–  MSc or BSc In Structural Engineering
\n–  Long experience<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SoftWare Skills:
\n–  Genie
\n–  STAAD<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Language:
\n–  English<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nTo be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU and have a valid work permit\/visa for Norway.<\/p>\n
