 <\/p>\n

Job responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Discipline Lead Materials Technology in a large project on a Norwegian onshore gas terminal.
\n• Material selection for piping, structures, mechanical equipment, instruments, etc.
\n• Input to technical requisitions and tender evaluation
\n• Follow-up of material scope of procurement packages
\n• Choose the right surface treatment
\n• Corrosion evaluations and corrosion calculations
\n• Review of documentation and follow-up of suppliers within casting, forging, heat treatment, welding, surface treatment
\n• Preparation of project reports
\n• Technical support to other disciplines<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Your qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Required Education:
\n• BSc or MSc in Materials Technology or similar<\/p>\n

Required Work Experience:
\n• Experience as senior materials technology engineer in oil & gas projects<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications:
\n• English language required, Norwegian language is an advantage<\/p>\n

To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway with valid work permit<\/p>\n
