Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Contracts Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Preparing contract documents and arrange for execution during Pre – awards including but not limited to involving in conducting evaluation / clarification meetings with Contractors
• Prequalification of Contractors, Forwarding of Techno Commercial Bid Evaluation reports and Commercial Bid evaluation / award recommendation reports
• Preparing Schedule of Construction Contracts
• Exposure to quantity take offs for various disciplines viz Civil & Structural, Piping & E&I Works is desirable

Your qualifications:

• Should be a Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineer with extensive experience in Sub – contracts and Quantity surveying works for Refineries, Oil and Gas industries, like Pre – FEED and FEED projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC terms and conditions
• Previous experience of working on a refinery project preferred
• Communication and Co – ordination skills
• Good Computer skills
